About the Collection Vibia Tube
The LED lights Tube by Vibia offer a timelessly clear design and a lot of designing liberties. The collection by Ichiro Iwasaki was introduced for the first time at the Euroluce fair in 2019. It includes a range of simple ceiling lamps and suspensions, available in several sizes and colours, but also an innovative system for individual lighting solutions.
Tube uses a simple drum-shaped, slightly conical shade of lacquered aluminium, held by a black steel structure. There is a plate of black lacquered aluminium, in which the LEDs are integrated, in its centre. At the same time, it serves as a reflector. The light is reflected by the white shade's inner side and is guided downwards. The light distribution is glare-free and homogenous downwards.
The LEDs are characterized by a high colour rendering and an especially warm white colour temperature. They spread a high-quality light that renders the colour hues near-nature and creates a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere in living rooms and restaurants.
The standard models comprise several single lights and a triple ceiling lamp with which appealing, needs-oriented lighting concepts can be implemented. On request, Tube is also available as a changeable lighting system featuring slender tubes connected with the sober shades. A single ceiling connection can supply several suspensions and ceiling lamps with electricity and their positions can also be chosen at will. The tubes draw line patterns on the ceiling and, in this way, are an architectural design element. On request, cooler light colours that could be an advantage, for example, in offices are possible.
