About the Collection Vibia Mayfair Mini
The LED lights Mayfair Mini by Vibia are a small version of the elegant Mayfair lights with which Diego Fortunato translated the design of the classical bouillotte lights from the 19th century into the present time. The Mayfair Mini collection comprises three table lamps: two models for fixed installation on a table top, with or without base, and a freely adjustable rechargeable light. They are available in four elegant colours.
The flat shade is made of opaque ABS and has the shape of a truncated cone. It is equipped with a small cone that blocks the view to the integrated LEDs located inside. The light is reflected by the shade's inside and mostly widely shining downwards. A small portion of light escapes upwards and complements the direct light with a back illumination that is easy on the eye. The vertical light stem of steel appears like a skewer passing through the shade. Its tip rises above the shade and lends the contour a visual balance. The Mayfair lights are devoid of further decorative details, while they are characterized by the delicate beauty of their shapes.
The integrated LEDs spread a cosy, relaxing light with especially warm white colour temperature and a natural colour rendering. The version with table base and the rechargeable light are dimmable at three levels. The dimmer is located directly on the base, serves for switching the light on and off and to vary the light intensity between 25%, 50% and 100%.
The small Mayfair Mini LED lights open up a variety of possible uses. When fixedly installed on bedside tables or desk tables, they offer reading light without tipping hazard. The rechargeable light on the contrary can be moved anytime and offers a homey table illumination, reading light and soft accents, wherever they are needed.
