About the Collection Vibia Dots Outdoor
The LED floor lamps Dots Outdoor by Vibia spread their light near to the floor and produce a fantastic effect among plants. The collection comprises four models, of two different sizes and with one-directional or 360 degrees light emission. All lights are available in three neutral colour hues. The design by Martín Azúa can be simply integrated in every garden.
The light body is made of aluminium and nearly cylindrical, getting wider upwards and featuring a slot in the middle through which the light of the integrated LEDs passes. Depending on the model, the aperture runs around the whole light fixture or is located on one side only. Consequently, a continuous light circle or a smooth light cone in one direction is created. The light source remains invisible from almost any angle.
The Dots outdoor lights can serve as a single accent or arranged in groups. The different sizes, colours and light distributions offer many design possibilities for functional and decorative illumination as desired. Because Dots Outdoor are small and compact, they found everywhere room without being a distraction. Especially when placed between potted plants on the patio or next to trees and bushes, it rather attracts the attention to these objects that need illumination while keeping discreetly in the background.
The light emitted by the integrated LEDs is especially warm white and offers an outstanding colour rendering, a natural, relaxing illumination that is limited to a defined spot and steered towards the floor, and thus does not glare or excessively disturb neighbours or animals. The LEDs are located behind a diffuser of polycarbonate that spreads even light. The design has an IP65 protection, is protected against water and dust and, for this reason, is suitable for many uses outdoors.
