About the Collection Pablo Designs Solis

The suspensions Solis by Pablo Designs were designed in 2009/2010 by Carmin Deganello. The collection includes three suspensions of different sizes, in three neutral colours. Alternatively, they can be suspended on the wall.

The diffuser consists of long textile strips that stretch between two steel rings with the gravity. The result is a delicate grid that reduces the glare and casts a radial pattern of light and shadow in the room. The diffuser itself has an archetypical, slightly conical shape, reminiscent of a column and emphasizing the room height. The textile strips are made of fire-retardant polyester.

The Solis suspensions can be mounted on the ceiling or with a short arm as a wall lamp.

The light fixtures are sent in flat packages. The synthetics textile strips may be slightly creased in the beginning but straighten when hanging.
