The opaline white version produces a larger part of brightness in the room than the milky white version that is additionally white lacquered on the external face and provides light mostly downwards. Both light fixtures can have their cable lengths shortened.

About the Collection Oluce Sonora
Oluce Sonora is an Italian light classic by Vico Magistretti, designed in 1976 and today available in versions made of metal, synthetics or glass.
Because of its shade's perfect geometry, Sonora has appealed for decades. The suspension is devoid of superfluous details and, instead, has the pure elegance of a large half-sphere which is lacquered in diverse elegant colours outside and inside, and thanks to its simple suspension seems to float in the room.
Sonora provides downwards directed light, suitable for the illumination of tables and working surfaces. It is available in various sizes and is made of diverse materials, which modify its lighting effect. While the metallic shade directs the light exclusively downwards, the glass version and many synthetic versions also spread some of the light diffusely in the room.
