The sound-absorbing accoustic light fixture Lighting Pad by Nimbus offers direct LED illumination, optionally with a portion of indirect light, and is perfectly suitable for illuminating open-plan offices, restaurants and other rooms where not only light, but also a cushy soundscape is desired.
There is Lighting Pad with a round or square shape, each in two sizes, with or without indirect lighting and in various colours and with different LED colour temperatures.
The flat light body's underside is covered with a sound-absorbing non-woven material. Numerous small hollows reinforce the sound-absorbing effect. The LEDs are arranged in a symmetrical order in these small hollows and especially discreetly and harmoniously blend in with the whole object. Lighting Pad's white upper side is straightforward and features a technical style.
Lighting Pad displays its full potential when diverse light fixtures of the collection are combined. Size, shape and last but not least colour can perfectly match with the interior and fulfil a decorative function beside sound-absorption and illumination.
Lighting Pad has an integrated converter and is dimmable (DALI, SwitchDim). It is suspended with cables of 2 meters or, on request, 4 meters, which make possible to use it in rooms with high ceilings.
Lighting Pad has a B sound-absorption class.
