About the Collection Mawa Design Wittenberg 4.0 wi4-pl1
The LED suspensions Wittenberg 4.0 wi4-pl1 by Mawa Design spread downwards directed direct light. They are single suspensions with a ceiling rose for a versatile use. The collection belongs to the expansive Wittenberg product family, designed by Jan Dinnebier. There are models with three different illumination angles to choose from, available with dimming via an external trailing edge dimmer or via Casambi with dim-to-warm function. They come in black or white metallic version.
The cylindrical light heads are made of powder-painted aluminium. They are equipped with high-quality lens units on their underside that reduces the glare and focusses it efficiently. Depending on the illumination angle and suspension height, they illuminate tables, counters and other surfaces of diverse widths. The design is unsurpassedly clear and minimalistic, because it is devoid of visible screws and appears from every angle of view with precise surfaces without interruptions.
High-quality LEDs with especially warm white colour temperature of 2700K and outstanding colour rendering ensure a welcoming, pleasant illumination. All colour hues war represented accurately and naturally, which is above all suitable for dining tables, for kitchen illumination or restaurants, because faces and dishes appear unchanged and appetizing.
For lighting projects and special uses, the Mawa Wittenberg LED suspensions are also available with other properties as the here offered. On request, they come with other light colours and with surfaces in individual RAL colours to choose from.
Besides, they can be equipped with separatly available accessories to modify their lighting effect. You can choose from honeycomb grid, shutter to reduce the glare, attachment to enlarge the angle of illumination, special sculpture lenses and replacement lens units. Special tools, helping to exchange the accessories, are also available. For one lens, always one attachment only can be combined.
