About the Collection Mawa Design Oval Office
The LED lights Oval Office by Mawa Design have a universal, timeless design and adapt to nearly every surroundings. The collection comprises wall lamps, a wall and ceiling lamp and suspensions in three timeless metallic versions. The design is from Marco Schölzel and Martin Wallroth.
The light body is made of powder-painted aluminium and has an elongated shape with strongly rounded ends. A diffuser of satined acrylic glass closes it on the whole length and generates an even, diffuse light. Depending on the light model, it creates a direct or indirect illumination that shines glare-free and soft, well-suited for many lighting tasks.
The wall lamps have diffusers on both sides and cast their light as soft light cones upwards and downwards on the wall. The suspensions, also equipped with two diffusers, spread downward directed direct light, yet also an indirect background illumination upwards. The wall and ceiling light with single diffuser directs its light directly in the room and can be used for general illumination.
The integrated LEDs are characterized by a very good colour rendering and an especially warm white colour temperature of 2700K. They spread a cosy light, reproducing the colour hues naturally and precisely and create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. Especially in living spaces, for example above the dining table or in the kitchen, their high-quality light stands the test. However, also corridors in flats or corridors in public spaces take advantage of Oval Office, because its dimensions - except from the length - are compact and suitable for slender corridors or rooms with lower ceilings.
Thanks to its clear design and modern lighting technique, Oval Office is suitable for nearly every use and can be effortlessly integrated in multifarious furnishing styles and lighting concepts.
On request, special lengths and RAL colours are possible, if desired. The light fixtures are available with 3000K LEDs or for DALI light control.
