About the Collection Marset Fragile

The LED table lamp Fragile by Marset combines simple geometrical shapes into an extraordinary shape with fascinating materiality. It was designed by Jaume Ramírez in 2023.

The table light is made of glass and is composed of four elements. There is a vertical, tube-shaped diffuser raising on the whole length and filled with the integrated LEDs' light inside. It rests on a base of transparent polycarbonate and is surrounded by a cone-shaped shade and a spherical base, both made of transparent glass. With exception of the lighting core, the whole Fragile light is also transparent. For this reason, it blends in with its surroundings and appears immaterial. Its lightness and fragility stand in thrilling contrast to its bulky shape's clearness which is significantly broader than the slender diffuser suggests at first glance.

The integrated LEDs are distinguished by an outstanding warm white colour temperature of 2200K and ensure an illumination approaching soft and atmospherical candle light. The brightness can be dimmed down continuously. With this soft, warm illumination, Fragile perfectly adapts to living rooms, to restaurants or to the bedroom.
