The LED wall lamps Luci by IP44.de are the modernised new edition of a popular classic of the brand. Compared to the original, not only its appearance has been reviewed, but it is equipped with a highly efficient LED technique. Two wall lamps with or without motion detector make up the collection. They are each available in the versatile colours anthracite and black. The design is signed by Klaus Nolting.

The Luci LED wall lamps are made of powder-painted cast aluminium. Its flat cubic body is equipped with wide, convex glass lenses on top and below, casting the integrated LEDs' light as soft light cones on both sides against the wall. The 2700K LEDs spread a pleasantly warm white light that is considered to be an insect-friendly exterior illumination.

Equipped with a movement detector, Luci illuminates house doors, paths and exterior stairs only if needed and ensures security in the dark by saving energy at the same time. The movement detector is located sideways on the body's front. It has a range of 9 meters and an angle of detection of 120 degrees. The illumination time can be adjusted between 5 seconds and 8 minutes, the twilight setting between 3 and 1000 lux.

The Luci LED wall lamps are protected against dirt and wetness (protection index of IP65) and thus are suitable also for unsheltered house facades. The reviewed Luci uses a novel sealing technique of IP44.de and a special alloy for the wall console, thanks which it is especially resistant to corrosion.
