About the Collection Fabbian Stick
The basic elements composing the light series Stick by Fabbian are two thin, flat wood rods which are firmly attached at their ends, yet curved at a distance from each other in their centre and held in position by a small wood piece.
The French designer Matali Crasset uses several of these basic elements to build the Stick wooden light fixtures' diffusers which feature the most simple basic shapes - cones or cylinders -, yet because of the unusual and richly detailed wooden construction, they turn into complex, versatile eyecatchers and provide a captivating light play.
The Stick light's light ayous wood and the warm light emitted by the lamp concealed by the rods create a cozy atmosphere.
