The light's length can be shortened by sawing off the thin rod. The rod shortened at the upper end is simply put in the support and affixed with the Inbus® screw.

About the Collection Fabbian Cubetto
The light collection Fabbian Cubetto was designed by the Italian planning studio Pamio Design for the manufacturer Fabbian and appeals with a no-frills, elegant design. Dices of crystal glass, optionally transparent, white or black, serve as diffusers. Because they are open downwards, the emitted light is mostly directed downwards. The rectilinear, modern design is complemented by a simple structure of chrome-plated metal. Depending on the version, Cubetto has a somewhat different character. When made of transparent glass, the diffusers are similar to ice cubes and enable to look inside the Cubetto light fixture.
The minimalist Fabbian Cubetto light fixtures are available in a variety of versions. There are mostly ceiling lamps and suspensions which, depending on the selected version, are best-suited for illuminating kitchen counters, bistro tables or larger dining tables. The Cubetto wall lamps are discreet light sources which produce appealing lighting effects and well harmonize with many different furnishing styles.
The Cubetto by Fabbian is optionally available equipped with sockets for G9 or GU10/E14 lamps. The equippment with LED reflector lamps (GU10) is especially well-suited for a small-area illumination on a table or a working surface. By contrast, the version with G9 or E14 lamps provides a more even illumination.
