Decor Walther was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 1973 by Harald Walther and was initially a small retail shop for sanitary products, fittings and lighting. Maiken Walther, the owner's wife, recognized the potential of the niche for high quality and stylish accessories and lighting specifically for the bathroom and began to implement her own designs, from which emerged later the first line of own products for Decor Walther. The rapid increasing success of the manufacturer made Decor Walther a leading provider of high quality bathroom accessories and lighting products in Germany within a few years.

All Decor Walther products convince by their high standards of quality and form. Clever details and well-thought functions guarantee, thanks to the timeless design, a long validity. The owner, Maiken Walther, is until today responsible for the product design of Decor Walther that is now internationally successful.
